I’m Tom Pack a Southbay Real Estate Broker with 40+ Years of full time Experience.
BORN and raised in San Pedro and Rancho Palos Verdes California, I’ve had the privilege of living most of my life in picturesque San Pedro and on the stunningly beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula, raising my own family in the process. Being a native Californian of Croatian and Italian descent my family first came to the Southbay in 1906 to fish and enjoy the Mediterranean like climate. My roots are deep here and I can’t imagine living and working anywhere else! And while I didn’t become a fisherman, I pursued my love of Europe and lived a year in Paris, France where I attended the Sorbonne for graduate work gaining a license in French history. I went on to enjoy many years as a History Instructor at various colleges in both the Southbay and Los Angeles. And while I know the Southbay like the proverbial back of my hand, I have had the even greater pleasure of putting so very many families and individuals into their new homes or selling their old homes and helping them move into new life chapters. And always treating my clients whether seller or buyer as I myself would want and expect to be treated. Their needs, their wants, their goals – become my own and continue to be to the present day! Perhaps a legacy of my Croatian-Italian heritage, treating others with the honesty, professionalism and respect one would for family and friends.
